On 29 November 2021, Léo Tuffery and Thomas Pottelet, students in the ENSG (French National School of Geographic Sciences) presented their work about a digital atlas related to the carbon indicator data provided by the NIVA Use Case (UC1B) “agro-environmental monitoring”.

The purpose was to propose various data analysis and cartographic representations of the carbon indicator itself (CO2 flux due to the crop vegetation cycle) and of ancillary data such as concerned crop types, intermediary results (e.g. number of days with vegetation) or quality information about the temporal series of NDVI used to compute these indicators.

In summary, this digital atlas provides some good examples of CO2 flux analysis but there is still a lot that can be done with the carbon indicator data.
